Hello Kids!
We are going to work today with MODAL
VERBS. These verbs can’t be used on their own, they need to be followed
by another verb. However, they provide additional information on that verb.
Modal verbs are used to express
ability, obligation, permission, probability, etc.
Today we will focus on MUST and
MUSTN’T.
MUST expresses obligation and MUSTN’T
expresses prohibition.
And the use is very easy!!
Example: You mustn’t speak French in
class (prohibition), you must speak English (obligation)

can watch the following video:
Now go to page 17 on your Compass
book. Read very carefully exercise 1 with all the examples and then do exercise
2 on the same page.
